Air Jordan 8 Retro “BIN 23”

The Air Jordan 8 Retro “BIN 23” represents the third installment in Jordan Brand’s revived luxury series for 2026, following the Air Jordan 6 and Air Jordan 3 earlier this year. This release marks the first time the Air Jordan 8 silhouette has been inducted into the BIN 23 collection, bringing one of Tinker Hatfield’s most intricate designs into the brand’s ultra-premium tier.The design is defined by a near-monochromatic Legion Pine nubuck upper, a deep forest green that covers everything from the cross-straps to the padded collar and midsole. Rather than relying on contrasting color blocking, the AJ8’s visual depth comes from its layered textures—suede, leather, satin-like fabric, and perforated panels all rendered in the same tonal green, allowing each section to remain distinct. The signature cross-straps carry an embossed graphic pattern inspired by the African art motifs that influenced the original 1993 model, giving the upper a carved, three-dimensional appearance.The BIN 23 red wax seal appears on the left tongue, providing the only significant pop of contrast on the shoe. The right tongue features a tonal, elevated version of the standard Air Jordan 8 emblem. Additional African-inspired artwork is debossed across the forefoot and heel pull tab, and reappears in full color beneath the shoe on the exposed midfoot section of the outsole. Tonal green hardware and “23” branding on the straps complete the monochromatic treatment.
